UPS Ground- can be delivered between 2 to 6 days business days

UPS 2nd Day Air- Allow 2 to 3 days from date of order

UPS Overnight- Allow 1 to 2 days from date of order.

Please note- Normal delivery days are Monday through Friday via UPS

All rates apply to the continental U.S.A. We ship ONLY to USA, USA Military addresses and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada select premium shipping to add $10.00. The receiving party is responsible for all applicable duties and fees. For most deliveries we use USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground.

APO & FPO's - For your address put APO or FPO (AP, FP, etc.) in City, put NY or CA for State (NY for Europe, CA for Japan, etc.), and leave United States as Country. Please select Ground shipping and we will send it USPS Mail.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.

Return Policy

Our policy on returns is 30 days (except special order items). Returns are accepted on unused equipment still in its original packaging for up to 30 days. All sporting goods, once used, are warranted by their manufacturer. That warranty varies by product. You will get a receipt with every purchase and it is important that you save that receipt. If you need the phone number to obtain a return authorization number from the manufacturer, check your warranty information that came with the product, or see the information below. Most bat return authorizations can be obtained from the manufacturer's web site (see below).

If it is an issue of fit or comfort or just not what you were looking for, you may exchange or return the product as long as it is still in it's original packaging and never been used. We will refund or replace, however shipping charges in this instance are not refundable.

To return an unused item, make a copy of your receipt, circle the item you are returning and write at the bottom of the receipt your reason for return (i.e. - Return for Refund, Return for exchange for ... ) Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable. We only refund shipping charges if a mistake by our company was made in your order.

If we make any mistake, we will rectify it as soon as possible.

Special order items such as personalized and custom bat bags are not returnable. Personalized bats are not returnable UNLESS there is a manufacturers defect or you receive the wrong item. Videos are not returnable with the exception of manufacturer's defect.
